Our programs focus on power skating, edge work, and progressive skill development for players ages 5 through 15, with sessions running year-round at arenas across the Ottawa Valley.
Whether your player is lacing up for the first time or preparing for competitive spring hockey, our expert coaching staff and station-based training model deliver the individualized instruction that builds real, lasting improvement on the ice.
