Our programs focus on power skating, edge work, and progressive skill development for players ages 5 through 15, with sessions running year-round at arenas across the Ottawa Valley.
Whether your player is lacing up for the first time or preparing for competitive spring hockey, our expert coaching staff and station-based training model deliver the individualized instruction that builds real, lasting improvement on the ice. Our EDGE Spring Breakthrough event is this Sunday at Carleton Place Arena. U9 (born 2018–2019) hits the ice at 9:00 AM and U7 (born 2020–2021) follows at 10:00 AM.
